Westoba Credit Union
Challenge:
Develop a campaign to promote the branch and corporate frontline teams throughout rural Manitoba and Brandon.
Background:
With branches in urban, exurban and rural settings, Westoba serves a highly diverse membership with different financial needs and challenges. Frontline teams, particularly those in working in rural branches, were part of the campaign to put names and faces to the people who come together to provide a range of client services to the members of Westoba Credit Union.
Results:
We developed a concept and design around the theme of Team Westoba, utilizing original photography featuring frontline team members and positioning Westoba Credit Union as Manitoba's Credit Union. In Brandon, where the Corporate Office and several original branches are located, Westoba Credit Union, was promoted as home to Brandon's Credit Union. The marketing campaign included ads in rural newspapers, in-branch print with posters and banners, on social media and digitally on ATMs and TVs throughout the rural and Brandon branches.
