Westoba Credit Union
Concept, development and design a campaign to promote Westoba Credit Union's relationship pricing.
Westoba Credit Union operates 16 branches in urban, exurban and rural settings serving a highly diverse membership with different financial needs and challenges. As a benefit for members who have multiple Westoba's products, the Credit Union offers reduced rates or "relationship pricing" as a reward for those who have mortagages, accounts, credit cards and other Westoba services.
A campaign that visually and instantly conveyed the benefits of Westoba Credit Union membership. Using limited copy and strong visuals, the call to action was clear. Based on product needs, members can receive customized relationship pricing -lower fees and rates- on their Westoba products and services. The marketing campaign included in-branch promotion, digital advertising, outdoor, direct mail and as 30-second ads on local television.
