Design and deliver a comprehensive campaign to promote Westoba Credit Union's WestobaONE and WestobaONE+ chequing accounts.
With branches in urban, exurban and rural settings, Westoba serves a highly diverse membership with different financial needs and challenges. Working with Environics Analytics, Westoba developed profiles and personas based on the products and services preferences of each identified market segment.
Utilizing the identified personas, we created a comprehensive campaign for the launch of the two new chequing accounts. Each segment's demographics, lifestyle, and social values drove the illustrative requirements of these needs-based accounts.
