I’VE PLACED MY ORDER! WHEN WILL I GET MY STUFF?
We know waiting is no fun so it’s important to us that you get your order quickly! We ship within 48 hours. Weekends, holidays and high volume online traffic may delay your order slightly. Depending on location, orders tend to arrive 2-4 business days after ordering (U.S. customers 10-12 business days, International customers 2-4 weeks for delivery after processing depending on location). International customers please note that Customs may delay your delivery.
OOPS! MY T-SHIRT DOESN’T FIT ME. CAN I EXCHANGE IT FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?
We can exchange your order within 7 days from when it was received. Send us an email at shop@guppydesign.com within 48 hours of receipt and we will let you know how to send it back. Items must be in new, un-worn condition. If an item is out of stock that you’re exchanging, you will receive store credit. We do NOT offer refunds.
WILL YOU LET ME KNOW WHEN YOU’VE SHIPPED MY STUFF?
All packages ship from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Depending on shipping method, a tracking number will be provided via e-mail. We will notify you via e-mail once a package has been shipped. Domestic orders ship via Xpress Post, U.S. orders via Canada Post Expedited Parcel and International orders via Canada Post Air.
HEY GUPPY, WILL MY POSTER GET WRINKLED IN SHIPPING?
We pack our posters as carefully as we design them. We ship our posters in heavy-duty shipping tubes. The poster is carefully rolled and the tube is sealed with packing tape.
I REALLY LIKE THAT POSTER/T-SHIRT, BUT IT IS SOLD OUT.
CAN YOU REPRINT IT FOR ME?
All of our posters and T-Shirts are limited editions. So, in other words, there will be no reprints! We recommend that you follow us on Facebook or check our Online store often so you get the news on when our releases are going down. Feel free to drop in to our storefront as well. We like people.
